We are seeking a Technology Support Technician (Tier III) with 5+ years of experience. Days of support coverage will be Sunday through Thursday, less company and federally observed holidays. We are looking for an individual with experience working as a Tier 3 technical support technician, as well as experience troubleshooting technology help desk tickets.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the support channels, such as Zendesk, phone, email, ensuring appropriate prioritization and routing of tickets. Assume ownership until resolution.
  • Continuously Monitor the health of live accounts and highlighting any areas of concern
  • Provide occasional off hours support for premium SLA clients with critical issues.
  • Assisting with basic hardware and software configurations



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Experience with ZenDesk or similar applications.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience monitoring infrastructure is a plus.
