Job Title: Desktop Support Technician II

Location: CHICAGO, IL

Duration: 2 Months + (Contract to Hire)

Job Description

  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • The position is for break/fix field service work.
  • Systems may be POS systems or Desktop/Laptop units, Printer Break Fix Experience, MUST HAVE Field Service Experience, and Printer Break Fix repair.
  • Must have good admin and organizational skills. Must have a basic printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network experience.
  • Reimaging and updating O/S experience required. Printer Break-fix experience.
  • iPhones Troubleshooting MAC/Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
  • TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, and Installing.
