Job Description
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- The position is for break/fix field service work.
- Systems may be POS systems or Desktop/Laptop units, Printer Break Fix Experience, MUST HAVE Field Service Experience, and Printer Break Fix repair.
- Must have good admin and organizational skills. Must have a basic printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network experience.
- Reimaging and updating O/S experience required. Printer Break-fix experience.
- iPhones Troubleshooting MAC/Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
- TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, and Installing.
