Desktop Support Technician
Job Description
Our client located in Jessup, MD is looking for a Desktop Technician to join their team for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. This is a first shift ONSITE role working from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for:
- Offer foundational technical support in infrastructure services, providing assistance in routine tasks.
- Assist with infrastructure projects and assignments.
- Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks.
- Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.
- 3+ years of Deskside support experience in a Windows 10 environment
- Hardware, software installation, PC imaging, laptop break/fix
- Win 10 and MS Office Suite support experience
- Active Directory support
- Interpersonal skills to work with customers and other unit personnel
