You will be providing ongoing, remote end-user support, working closely with team leads, the support team and customers.
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth experience with Windows 10 including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, application installation.
- Experience with McAfee FDE, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva inSync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI, M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, MS inTune software.
- Ability to learn quickly and the facility to show a high level of social interaction skill is required.
-Technician must be capable of adapting to a constantly changing IT environment. - - iOS and Android support and Multi Factor Authentication support experience is a bonus
