This is with a global law firm with offices located in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. The firm has internationally recognized practices in a wide spectrum of transactional, litigation, corporate, and regulatory areas.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for firm-approved applications using various methods.
Maintain and troubleshoot PC equipment and peripherals, including virus scanning.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
Set up and configure desktops, notebooks, printers for optimal performance.
Coordinate with local Technology team for installations, training, and support.
Provide audio/visual support for onsite and offsite events.
Assist in configuring and deploying Apple DEP devices and personal mobile devices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
3 years of technology support experience with PC hardware/software.
2 years of experience with notebook computers, preferably Lenovo.
Experience with remote communications hardware and technical documentation.
