Insight Global is looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer for one of our large insurance clients in the Zionsville, IN area. We are looking for someone who can provide top-tier hardware/software support as well as provide excellent customer service. Requirements:
5+ years of previous Desktop Support experience within a Windows environment
Strong experience with computer troubleshooting and break/fix support
Strong experience with troubleshooting software applications and software support
Previous experience working with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Microsoft Azure knowledge/exposure (not required, but highly preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
