We are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a growing law firm based in Atlanta, responsible for supporting their varied en-user base and playing a key role in firm-wide rollouts and upgrades.


The Role:

  • Support, maintain and optimise the Windows environment
  • Set up video conferencing capabilities
  • Support and administer the 365 environment
  • Responsible for mobile device management
  • Work closely with the IT Director to ensure optimum performance
  • Ensure the IT environment remains compliant with regulations and standards


The Requirements:

  • Strong Windows troubleshooting experience
  • Strong 365 troubleshooting experience
  • Experience managing AV/Conferencing setups (Zoom etc.)
  • Experience supporting and/or setting up hardware
