Desktop Support Analyst

AKKODIS is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a client located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and is ideally looking for applicants with a background in IT support.

Pay Range:$25 to $30/hr.

Responsibility

• Desktop Support to be feet on the ground for the new Prelude Building as they move in
• Strong experience supporting L2 incidents, Desktop functions, and white-glove approach to support scientists and business
• Experience in Lab environments/setup and support
• Tech Stacks -- Windows OS, some MAC, overall remote troubleshooting, onsite tap-on-the-shoulder support, etc.
• strong communication, and soft skills to engage with C-level leadership
