Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical users.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
