Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical users.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
