You are: 

Excited about design, animation, and social content at large. You have some experience in social media marketing, digital advertising and/or asset creation. Your work is polished and you are opinionated.

 

Qualifications: 

We’re looking for a designer and content creator (3+ years relevant experience) to join our small but mighty remote team. This person will be reporting directly to the creative director, will be responsible for setting the tone internally, and will work directly with the founding team and a range of external contractors. Responsibilities include:


  • Develop compelling content tailored for diverse social platforms, with a primary emphasis on Meta and TikTok, while leveraging YouTube where applicable.
  • Concept and create relevant, resonant, impactful, objective-oriented ads and posts
  • Transform branded and partnership content into a rich array of social assets, including paid ads, clips, gifs, graphics, photos, and captivating copy.
  • Working independently but under the direction of our CD to produce on-brand ads and posts
  • Ideate, strategize, and produce culturally relevant video, imagery, and written content across multiple platforms
  • Edit and post-produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro and/or After Effects or Low-Fi editing tools for more ‘organic’ deliveries.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Magic Ads, Synesthesia, 11 labs, and CapCut along with more formal editorial programs
  • Any experience with web or ad analytics is a huge plus (Google Analytics, Motion, analytics from the platforms, etc)
  • Staying current with social trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement
  • Maintain expertise in the latest tactics and features across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X and Threads.
  • Experience utilizing/prompting Gen AI platforms a plus.


You will get to:

  • Work alongside our media team to produce beautiful, branded advertising, including static and motion ads
  • Talk to our Meta and TikTok reps to understand best practices for creative content
  • Take over our social feeds
  • Contribute to new ad directions as well as iterate on ads that are proving successful
  • Juggle multiple projects and you take responsibility for every piece of creative that you touch

 

 

Experience:

  • 3+ years in marketing/advertising design (or equivalent quality of creative work)
  • Work within D2C / ecom highly valued
  • Work within a performance-driven group highly valued
  • Strong executional skills
  • Expert at Figma, Photoshop and all manners of digital design
  • Proficient understanding of photo shoots, motion design, video editing, and best practices held within those disciplines
  • Work spanning graphic design, performance marketing, landing pages, website, and general collateral with depth in digital and asset creation
  • Bonus: any experience in Motion, Triple Whale, or similar
