We are seeking skilled designers with expertise in various specialties to join our team.This is an evergreen job posting, meaning we continuously accept applications and review candidates to keep our talent pool full. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts that meet client objectives and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve design quality.
• Maintain client’s brand consistency across all design projects.
• Create high-quality visual designs.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with the client and consultants with regard to design issues and presentations.
• Maintain documentation and detailing standards for all projects.
• Works within project schedules to prioritize tasks and coordinate the completion of documentation required from initial design phase through final project wrap up.
• Ensures integrated and cohesive design and directs team accordingly to ensure creative materials are delivered on a timely basis, always maintaining consistency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in your area of design specialty.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, AutoCAD or other similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field preferred, but not required.
