Job description:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for brand development and product positioning.

• Exploring new markets and establish productive and professional relationship with key accounts.

• Lead business to achieve sales targets.

• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

• Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvement.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new markets opportunities.

• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.

• Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.

• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

• Preferably from food, spices, or staple food industries.
