What You Will Be Doing

Join our fast-paced teamwork atmosphere to support 2200 retail grocery locations in keeping repair work orders flowing properly to ensure equipment is up and running. Build valuable relationships and communicate with Service Providers, Division Maintenance Staff, Store Directors, and Senior Management.

As a Department Specialist III/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for enabling the Albertsons Companies to receive the best possible service for all Service Requests ($400M) in our stores through our CMMS program, Corrigo. Maintain and update all maintenance activities related to repairs for assigned Service Pros (2500+). In addition but not limited to, report building, providing data analysis, Power BI, Google Cloud, Automations and more.

This is a hybrid position currently in office Tuesdays and Wednesdays based in our Phoenix AZ office. (Office Days subject to change based on Corporate Determination)

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist Manager with maintaining our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure accuracy and dependability.
  • Provide End-to-End Testing and feedback for Corrigo upgrades, integrations, and automations.
  • Collaborate closely with Manager and Divisions to establish MRO guidelines for all stores, setup, and support service networks for existing and new requirements.
  • Assist secondary User groups (ACAMS, NASC, Food Safety, Corp Facilities) to use the system to full advantage for their business.
  • Seek out and develop programs, system enhancements and training materials for All Customers – Retail Stores, Division Maintenance, MAPS and National Accounts Teams, other ABS Stakeholders as well as Service Pro network.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Training to prepare and conduct training for User groups as required, either online or in-person.

  • Produce Company-wide ad-hoc communications as required for new assets and workflows.
  • Assist Divisions and secondary User groups with PowerBI, Snowflake and Google Cloud
  • Collects data/information for department use in special projects or reports.
  • Assist Manager with Payroll responsibilities.

What We Are Searching For

  • Experience with Corrigo or other CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems) Strong data analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and respond to urgent requests for information.
  • Honest and trustworthy with the ability to work with confidential information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
