Full Time Associate Dental - $250,000 to $400,000/Year + Partnership opportunity
Our privately owned family dental practice is seeking a self-driven, energetic, fast learner, enthusiastic, and versatile Associate to join us as a dentist in our practice. CAD/CAM Technology: Our practice utilizes computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) for precise and efficient creation of dental restorations, such as crowns and bridges, in a single visit.
Solea Laser: The Solea laser allows us to perform a range of procedures with minimal discomfort and faster recovery times. This technology is a game-changer for both soft and hard tissue treatments.
3D Printing: Our 3D printing technology enables us to produce highly accurate dental appliances and models, improving the quality of our treatments and streamlining the process for our patients.

Expectations Include But Not Limited To:
Diagnose and treat patients with office diagnosis and treatment policy
Attend morning huddles
Establish proper communication with team to lead a productive schedule
Ability to perform wide range of procedures on all age groups of patients-Restorative direct/indirect, Endo, Prosthetic fixed/removable, Perio, pediatric dentistry are few to mention
Have/Willing to get nitrous certification
Requirements:
Must have a Texas license and current malpractice insurance(Company will share cost towards malpractice insurance)
Experienced or New both are welcome
N2O permit is required
License to work in TX, DEA, BLS or ACLS (preferred)
Compensation:
Base Salary or percentage of adjusted production whichever is higher (amount will be discussed in person)
Potential to earn upwards of $250,000
Buy in options available to the right candidate
