Dental Practice Office Manager

 

West End Dental Group is now hiring an Office Manager in Beaumont, Texas to support their busy and growth-oriented practice. Join our group of talented and collaborative professionals as we serve our community of well-established patients. You may expect a Monday - Thursday schedule of 7:45am-5pm weekly. As the office manager, you will be accountable for the oversight of daily operations within the practice including practice growth and development, driving positive team culture, and achieving organizational goals.

Core Role Responsibilities include:


• Profit & Loss (P&L) management

• Staff and patient scheduling
• Time & Attendance (T&A) management
• Payroll process management
• Accounts Payable (AP) management
• Manage insurance claims and other forms of payment

• Patient satisfaction and experience
• Collaborate on internal and external marketing efforts
• Implement policies and procedures
• Promote Star Dental Partner company policies and best practices (published or otherwise communicated)
• Management of dental licenses and other related certifications
• Maintain current safety procedures and personal protective equipment required to minimize health risks
• Team leadership, coaching, and training

• 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience
• Proficient in dental performance management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.)

• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)
• Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting)
• Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws
• Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)

 

 

Work Environment/Conditions
• Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Exposure to potentially hazardous objects and/or materials
• Ability to wear appropriate work attire as needed or required
