The facility is in need of a full time NYS licensed Dental Hygienist. The Contractor will provide dental hygienist services on-site at the facility. The contractor agrees to provide the facility with all the information it needs to ensure that the care provided meets the applicable standards of the Joint Commission, which accredits the facility. The contractor will need to complete the facilities personnel requirements, prior to commencing work.
Requirements
1 year of experience as a dental hygienist required
Experience cleaning teeth and examine oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease.
Will be required to educate patients on oral hygiene.
Will complete the following tasks: take and develop X-rays, or apply fluoride or sealants.
May also review requests for services and make recommendations to the staff dentists for final determination of prior authorization.
Must possess a valid dental hygienist degree and New York State licensure.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm (1 Full Time & 1 Part-Time available)
Contract Length: Up to two years
