JOB SUMMARY:

Our facilities are beautiful with upgraded equipment and an office space for each provider for notes and collaboration. We have a great team and are looking for our next hygienist as we have added additional doctors and have a hygienist retiring.
No nights or weekends, ability to discuss a flexible schedule for PT or FT or combination of hours that could fit your needs for work/life balance (most hygienists will maintain a consistent day off a week), generous Personal Time Off (PTO), unpaid time available also, several paid Holidays, and medical/dental/vision insurance offered with a reasonable premium and other CHS given disability and life insurance.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
Patients from 0-110 are seen at our health center and can come from many different race and ethnicities. Comprehensive hygiene services are provided for all ages to include: digital x-rays, varnish, SDF, prophies, SRP, and sealants (and other hygiene duties under licensing abilities).
Works as a Team to make sure the highest levels of infection control, efficiency, and treatment plans are maintained.
Follows HIPAA regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Follows Community Health System, Inc. mission statement.
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) helpful, but not required.
Has used electronic health records (EHRs) (Epic) and digital x-rays (Dexis) helpful, but not required.
EDUCATION
Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited college
Bi-annual BLS Certification required. After being hired this is provided by CHS with on-site training.
LICENSING
Current WI Dental Hygiene license- or ability to receive prior to hiring.
