As a Demand and Supply Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory management and ensuring seamless supply chain operations. From planning early demand stages to implementing strategic supply strategies, your contributions will support critical clinical trials and healthcare logistics on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute robust inventory management plans to forecast supply needs for global clinical trials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory strategies and ensure efficient patient supply.
Provide expertise in setting up and testing Interactive Response Technology (IRT) modules.
Generate insightful reports on project spend versus budget and contribute to strategic planning processes.
Uphold regulatory compliance standards and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or operations management preferred.
4 to 5 years of experience in global supply chain management or logistics, ideally within clinical trial operations.
Familiarity with clinical supply requirements and an understanding of clinical development phases preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for problem-solving in a team environment.
