WHIZZ is a fast-growing delivery service company in NYC. We are currently looking for responsible and reliable Delivery Drivers with Vehicles to join our team on a contract basis. As a WHIZZ Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages and goods to our customers in the NYC boroughs.
What You'll Do:
Deliver packages and goods to customers in the NYC boroughs using your own vehicle
Adhere to delivery schedules and complete deliveries within the allotted timeframe
Ensure the safety and security of packages and goods during transportation
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status
Requirements
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Own a reliable and well-maintained vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
Knowledge of the NYC boroughs and ability to navigate efficiently
Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) as required
Prior experience in delivery or logistics is a must 5+ years
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
