. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of instructional programs through data review; i.e. student-related data, walk-throughs, feedback from parents, etc.
• Expansion of job shadow/work experience/internship opportunities for students.
• Review of current course offerings for gifted and talented students.
• Seek additional grant opportunities for program development.
• Expand student recognition programs; i.e. volunteer recognition – both in the school setting and the community setting.
• Guide the professional learning process for the high school faculty to become a Professional Learning Community.
• Facilitate collaborative efforts to seek additional resources and materials to provide mental health services to students.
