JOB DESCRIPTION

• 6 months multiple games dealing experience required in. (Current specific game requirements, i.e., Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Dice, Baccarat and/or Pai Gow, available upon request in Employment Center.)
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance. Age requirements: 21 years of age
  
  

Dual Rate Supervisors

• Operating two to eight table games on an assigned shift.
• Working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each.
• Assures that all coin and check racks are always filled.
• Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring those that are exceedingly difficult to the Casino Manager – Table Games or Director Table Games.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance. Age requirements: 21 years of age
  
  

Table Games Service Supervisor

• Displays a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each game in an assigned area.
• Verifies fill slips, credit slips, and markers pertaining to games in the assigned area.
• Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring those, either at a pre-determined threshold or a certain degree of difficulty to your manager.
• Assures guest development by
• interacting with guests
• modeling interactive skills with guests and fellow employees.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance. Age requirements: 21 years of age
