Infor is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join the Infor Deal Desk. The Deal Desk team is a dynamic organization, chartered with providing mission-critical support to field sales in all aspects of the sales process.
The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to field sales, legal, business approvers, and revenue operations teams on pricing, product configuration, and business terms to support the sales effort. The Deal Desk Analyst will report to the Deal Desk Manager and will be a sales advocate and partner to internal organizations.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Performing Deal Desk functions including, but not limited to contract research, validation of price quotes, business approvals, contract drafting, and order structuring request for varying levels of deal size and complexity. * Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, sales operations, shared services, and account teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently. * Work closely with the field sales team to gather deal information, assess deal requirements, and structure non-standard deals that comply with published policies. * Identify and drive implementation of pricing and contracting tools and process improvements to support efficient and sustainable growth.
Basic Qualifications:
* Self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills. * Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to adapt to change. * Interpersonal skills - comfortable working with Sales teams and multiple internal stakeholders across various management levels. * A sense of urgency and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines - adhere to quarter-end and year-end schedules. * The ability to handling multiple tasks, gathering data from various sources, and producing insightful analyses and concise business summaries. * Sales Operations experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Deal Desk, Contract Management, or a similar role preferably within a technology company. * Familiarity with pricing and contracting tools such as CPQ and CLM. * Bilingual - Spanish and Portuguese.
