Dayforce Benefits & OE Consultant

Project Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our growing Dayforce HCM Practice.

STG is building a team to support organizations using Dayforce who are going through Open Enrollment and will be in need of assistance updating their Benefits/Enrollments inside the system.

Responsibilities:

Ideal Consultants will have the ability to perform the following:

• When needed, help document and validate customer's business requirements and map to Ceridian functionality.
• Configure Ceridian Dayforce application to meet customer documented business requirements for some (or all) of the following: Benefits, Enrollments, ACA, COBRA, Carrier Feeds (EDI, Flat Files, etc.), and Benefits Intelligence/Decision Support.
• Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in benefits.
• Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
• Document best practices.
  
  

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity which has the ability to be performed part-time for 2-3 months until completion of Open Enrollment.

Level of Effort: Starting in July, it is expected that these consultants will be utilized for 2-3 months, with the possibility of extending.
