Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Database Entry Representative to maintain and update our company's databases. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data entry. You will be responsible for identifying and correcting errors, and communicating effectively with relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities

Collecting and organizing invoices, reports, and other data from employees, departments, and clients.

Reviewing information to identify critical details.

Correcting errors and organizing data for efficient entry.

Creating and maintaining accurate spreadsheets.

Inputting and updating information into designated databases.

Ensuring data integrity through regular backups.

Notifying appropriate parties of encountered errors.

Filing hard copies of data systematically for easy retrieval.

Assisting with additional tasks as needed.

Remote Opportunity

This position offers remote work flexibility, provided the candidate has access to a reliable internet connection, a functional cell phone, and a quiet workspace conducive to productivity.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or a related field.

Strong command of English language.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain focus and accuracy during extended periods of data entry.

Proficient typing skills.
