Database Administrator - Hybrid - offering up to 100k

A prominent organization in the health insurance sector is seeking a skilled Database Administrator. This role involves managing a significant database infrastructure, optimizing system performance, and ensuring data integrity. You will work on-site four days a week, handling SQL servers, and engaging in a major migration to Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage 30 SQL servers and over 1000 databases.
• Conduct nightly teardown and rebuild of 4 terabytes of data.
• Participate in the upgrade of servers and migration to Azure.
• Provide on-call support one week every five weeks.
• Work on ticketing issues and assist with system upgrades.

Your Amazing Qualities:

• Experience: 1+ year of experience
• Skills: Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell scripting, and SSIS.
• Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
