Your Impact:

As the Data Visualization and BI Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of specialists to harness the power of Power BI and Salesforce for robust reporting and analytics. Your strategic oversight will drive data-driven initiatives that enhance business decisions and performance monitoring.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a global team of data visualization specialists and analysts, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Oversee creating and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce.
• Work closely with data engineers and other technical teams to identify opportunities for process automation, data pipeline enhancements, and data quality improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI tools and systems.
• Promote the adoption of data analytics best practices and continuously improve BI processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership clearly and effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in data analysis and BI technologies.
  
  
  

Core Qualifications:

• Experience in professional services or telecommunications is preferred.
• Proven experience in a BI management role focusing on data visualization, best practices and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling, and familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management; familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
