Strategic Program Manager – Data Strategy

• Client is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join client team, focusing on the strategic integration of data within client investment management operations.
• This role requires an individual who can create comprehensive roadmaps at a strategic level, ensuring alignment with business priorities and outcomes.
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data concepts and the investment management industry, coupled with excellent project management skills and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Roadmap Development:Create and institutionalize strategic roadmaps that align data initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure these roadmaps are effectively communicated and rolled out across the organization.
• Data Strategy and Management:Understand and integrate key data concepts, including data governance, data accessibility, data management, and data analytics practices, into strategic planning.
• Deliverable Creation:Develop and deliver high-quality materials, such as presentations, reports, and strategic documents, to support data initiatives and communicate strategies to executive leadership.
• Project Management:Utilize strong project management skills to keep data projects organized and on track. Ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Qualifications:High level understanding of data governance, data management, data lakes, and business intelligence (BI) reporting.
• Familiarity with data and analytics practices and the ability to apply these concepts strategically.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of keeping complex projects organized and on track.
• Exceptional ability to create and deliver strategic documents and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to tie data initiatives to business outcomes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have experience creating PowerPoint's (for presenting to stakeholders) and Excel (for creating roadmaps).

Pay Range: $85-110/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
