Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Information Management

  • Develop and maintain operational project plans to ensure alignment of tasks and resources across different projects and timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Identify and address operational problems and inefficiencies, report these to the management team and suggest solutions.
  • Monitor projects’ timelines proactively to assist coordination of activities that help prepare project team to achieve key milestones.
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities of involved members from Lantheus, IT and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate and work with internal teams and third-party vendors in supporting the operations of MDM, Data Lake, DQM, Catalog, Governance, Analytics, Commercial Reporting, and any other related processes.
  • Track progress of ongoing and planned projects and provide frequent updates to team’s leadership to ensure appropriate availability of bandwidth and resources.
  • Ensure proper documentation and updating of business rules, functional, business, and technical requirements by assigned owners across responsible parties.
  • Able to develop understanding of business rules, data dependencies and requirements and functional requirements of different teams and functions to effectively support the planning and execution of the work.
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Performed post-project evaluations to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Able to understand and resolve conflicting priorities on project inter-dependencies and deliverables.
  • Contribute to process improvement identification and implementation efforts.
  • Support multiple projects across various clinical trials.
  • Able to support general project management responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in related work
  • 5+ years of experience and demonstrated knowledge in project management of business commercial operations processes such as master data management, data lake, data quality management, reporting and analytics.
  • Expertise in successfully delivering business-critical projects involving cross-functional participants, stakeholders, and organizations.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify gaps between where we are and where we need to be.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team dynamic across multiple functional organizations.
  • Strong working knowledge of GxP and SOX Controls preferred.
  • Experience in the life science industry.
  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
  • Possession of highly effective interpersonal and analytical skills enabling influencing and negotiation skills
  • Initiative-taking and able to work independently while also being part of a team.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management software and tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc. is necessary.
