Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.

· Proven experience (8+ years) in data management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

· Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality, and data governance.

· Proficiency in data management tools, SQL, and data integration techniques.

· Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within scope.

· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

· Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining data accuracy.

· Experience with cloud-based data platforms and technologies is a plus.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) are advantageous.
