Role Summary
As a Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all data related to our RBP product. This includes data entry, verification, maintenance, and auditing of data processes. Your work will ensure that our data systems function smoothly and efficiently, supporting the decision-making processes that drive our success.
Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entries.
Develop and maintain robust data entry procedures and perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
Produce and upload reports to Salesforce.
Address and resolve data entry issues, and devise strategies to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze data trends and provide insightful reports and analyses to stakeholders.
Manage monthly uploads of charge details from partner ERPs and adjust enrollments and subscriptions as needed.
Utilize Tableau for mass filter searches and updates to ERP systems.
Oversee the management of Data Virtual Assistants (VAs).
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in data management and data entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong skills in data validation techniques.
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Appfolio, Propertyware, Buildium, Rentvine).
Capable of troubleshooting data-related issues.
Experience In a Startup Or Agile Environment Is Preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
