We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to perform entry-level application administration tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize strong typing skills (40+ wpm) and accuracy to assist in migrating organizational data and user accounts.
Communicate effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage is a plus.
Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work within various shifts (8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST).
