Data Entry Specialist (Typist) - Remote

Come join our team at a leading technology company! We're looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our operations from the comfort of your home office.

Responsibilities

Assist with team reporting and dashboards using Asana and Salesforce.

Review customer contracts for branding and marketing agreements, ensuring accurate records in Okta databases.

Maintain and report on Customer Marketing account repository within Asana.

Organize and manage team documents, folders, and systems, actively proposing efficiencies to streamline operations.

Project manage customer marketing programs, including coordinating photo shoots, scheduling, staffing, content routing for customer approval, and updating trackers in Google Sheets.

About You

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficient in using Asana, Salesforce, Okta, and Google Sheets.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
