Are you detail-oriented and passionate about streamlining processes? We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support a major technology company. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to various projects while working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to generate reports and dashboards using platforms such as Asana and Salesforce.
Review customer contracts related to branding and marketing agreements, ensuring accurate recording in Okta databases.
Manage and update the Customer Marketing account repository in Asana.
Organize and maintain team documents, folders, and systems, while also identifying opportunities for enhancing workflow efficiency.
Assist in project managing customer marketing programs, including scheduling customer hero photo shoots, coordinating staffing, routing content for approval, and maintaining trackers in Google Sheets.
Qualifications
Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Salesforce.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
