Data Entry Specialist - Remote | WFH

Hey there! We're looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support a major technology company. If you love working remotely and have a knack for organizing and managing data, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities

Assist with team reporting and dashboards using tools like Asana and Salesforce.

Review customer contracts related to branding and marketing agreements, ensuring accurate records in Okta databases.

Manage and report on the Customer Marketing account repository in Asana.

Organize team documents, folders, and systems, and propose efficiency-improving alternatives.

Support project management for customer marketing programs, including scheduling, staffing, content routing for approval, and updating trackers in Google Sheets.
