Position Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join their team as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in their systems. The ideal Data Entry Specialist candidate will be fluent in English and an additional preferred language, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Of The Data Entry Specialist
Input and maintain accurate data into company databases and systems
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
Must be able to translate documents and correspondence
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications For The Data Entry Specialist
Must be bilingual, proficient in English and a secondary language
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Must contain strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with data management software
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required
