Job Summary: The Data Entry position is responsible for inputting basic data into systems, databases or spreadsheets.
What does a day in the life of a Data Entry look like?
Enter basic data into the systems, databases or spreadsheets
Use software tools such as Monday, Excel, and Word
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
Perform other duties as assigned
What are the required qualifications for a Data Entry?
Must have experience using Monday.com software
Must have basic/entry level knowledge using MS Excel
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous data entry experience or equivalent preferred
Proficient in using computers and various software applications
Knowledge of specialized tools for data entry preferred
