Data and Reporting Analyst

PAY: $19hr FULLY REMOTE

The Intersect Group is looking to fill a Data and Reporting Analyst Position in Southern CA. This is a remote position, with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5:00pm. This is a customer service-based Data and Reporting role, focused on processing sales within a web- based enterprise customer center

Position Summary

• The primary function is to manage the I-Buy set up process within Oracle.
• Maintain Wholesaler Acquisition Cost within Oracle.
• Secondary functions include:
• Monitoring and processing sales that come into the i-Hold queue
• Support customer registry in customer setup with identification of the correct class of trade
• Supporting the quarterly PHS and DSH audits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• I-Buy Allocation threshold changes, product adds or deletes
• Maintaining GP attributes in Oracle
• WAC and List price changes in Oracle
• PHS Quarterly audits and PHS eligibility
• Processing of COT inquiries
• Maintaining GP attributes in Model N
• Monitor the Contract Systems Mailbox for requests
• Work on special projects as they arise

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

• Specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations areas
• Must have Web-Based Enterprise Customer Center Experience
• Oracle experience is preferred
• Exceptional Customer Service Experience

Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum 3 of years of experience required, 8 years of experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time; depending on the machine they are operating
