Position Summary:
As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you will have a critical role in our organization, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient data access, and informed decision-making
Responsibilities:
SSRS Report Development: Create and maintain SSRS reports using Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) from various data sources and relational databases.
Power BI Report Development: Creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and designing data models that effectively support business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting and data analysis requirements.
Data Warehouse Management: Modify, create, and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), T-SQL and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
Design data extraction and import programs using SSIS.
Develop complex SQL statements, including stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.
Understand data models and relationships within the data warehouse.
Utilize views for security, encapsulating business logic, and simplifying queries.
Interact with cross-functional teams, including network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive understanding of business requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years' experience with data management, analysis, and reporting
SQL Server Report Development and Management
Minimum of three years’ experience with SQL for ETL, DDL and DML
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
Desired skills include SQL and SSIS and familiarity with financial analysis principles.
Experience with ZPL modifications a plus (Zebra Programming Language)
