Responsibilities
Analyze data from various sources to spot trends, patterns, and insights.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other tools.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Identify opportunities for streamlining data processes and automation.
Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
