Data Analytics Manager (Hybrid - NYC)

What's The Job?

As our Data Analytics Manager in our NYC office (2 days a week on site / hybrid) you'll be tasked with projects in areas such as:

• Creating Analytical dashboards for multiple arms of our business (Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales etc.)
• Conducting ad-hoc complicated Data Analysis to help the business better understand their challenges and growth opportunities.
• Using Machine Learning / Predictive Analytics to forecast user growth.

You will have Data team colleagues in both NYC and Mexico City, and report to the VP of Data Science in NYC.

As our Data Analytics Manager, you will manage / mentor between 1-3 Data Scientists (depending on your prior management experience), with room to continue to add more Data Scientists to your team as we grow.

What Do You Need To Do This Job?

• Python, R, SQL, Excel are all must have skills.
• You have used AWS S3 (preferred) or Google Cloud Storage or Azure Blob.
• You have created Tableau or Looker dashboards from scratch.
• You have previous management experience, directly overseeing Data Scientists / Analysts.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You can commute to our NYC office at least 2 days a week (hybrid role).
• Ideally you have experience in industries such as: AdTech / Streaming Services / Digital Media.
• You are a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship cannot be provided.

Salary:

• $165,000 - 180,000
