Digital Pulp is looking for a Data Analytics Manager who is passionate about all things data to help lead, define, present and manage measurement of innovative brand experiences to drive demonstrative business value through data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of all marketing channels and marketing technology stacks and their respective roles in an effective, performance based marketing mix, recommending ways to capitalize on customer intent.
This manager will be responsible for leading and directing the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for supporting the mission, vision strategies, objectives, and goals of DP’s respective clients. In some cases, the manager will take the lead in technical work like tagging, constructing data warehouse and configuring tools, but the manager will also have the ability to direct Digital Pulp’s technical team to assist in complex technical integrations.
Another key responsibility of the manager will be to work directly with our clients, who are primarily in 3 areas - higher education, nonprofit organizations and healthcare organizations. All of these sectors address different types of audiences, but data-informed decision-making is increasingly important to all of them. The manager will be part of a client-facing team to present and promote our analytics services, to envision and explain measurement strategies, and to interpret and present the data we collect. In this sense, we seek a candidate with a “storytelling” mind, who can uncover patterns in the data we collect, and then develop easy-to-understand explanations of the patterns we see and the strategies we can consider to elevate results.
(Note we are also open to considering director-level candidates for this open staff role.)
