Primary Activities and Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver customized reports.
Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports.
Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes.
Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and array formulas.
Create complex pivot tables and charts for data visualization.
Provide training and support to team members on Excel best practices, PowerPivot, and Power Query techniques.
Must have in PowerPoint as well:
-Information Design: presenting information in a way that fosters efficient and effective understanding
-Design Skills: Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design to create visually appealing slides.
-Content Creation: Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content that effectively communicates the message.
-Storytelling: Ability to weave a compelling narrative that keeps the audience engaged throughout the presentation.
-Data Visualization: Skills in presenting data in an easy-to-understand format, such as charts, graphs, and infographics.
-Research Skills: Ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Slides features and tools
-Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all elements of the presentation, from the text to the visuals, are accurate and consistent
-Time Management: Ability to create a presentation within a tight timeframe
-Audience Awareness: Understanding the needs and expectations of the audience to tailor the presentation accordingly (Ex. Technical vs Executive level)
Pay Range: $30 - $50/hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
