Objectives of this Role

  • Drive the development of sophisticated models forecasting labor supply and demand.
  • Lead the architecture of Radius Group's data models.
  • Guide the acquisition of data from employers and other sources.

Scope of Work

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce supply and demand analysis across healthcare, manufacturing, and finance sectors.
  • Shape the evolution of our data model architecture, the backbone of our MVP.
  • Spot, assess, and interpret trends in workforce planning to support F1000 companies.
  • Blend labor market statistics, data analysis, and pipeline management to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies, becoming a trusted advisor for workforce optimization.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection, improve quality, and innovate analytical processes. Lead data analyst work to project completion.
  • Foster data partnerships with employers and other potential data partners.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of labor market data sources, identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Integrate external data sources into our software to boost accuracy and expand the Talent Radar's geographic reach.

Skills, Abilities, And Attributes

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a data-centric role.
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques for labor market predictive analytics.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and data privacy within HR datasets.
  • Ability to explain labor economic models to non-experts.
  • Experience with developing, maintaining, and using large datasets.
  • HR data and ETL pipeline development experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Python, R, and SQL.
  • Proactive contributor with the ability to validate data analyst work and sustain a robust data pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
