Our client is actively seeking a talented Data Analyst III. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the possibility to extend with our client.

Overview
The Games Business Planning Team is seeking a new data analyst to help drive critical business, product, and marketing decisions for our first party games business. As a data analyst, you will work closely with team members in marketing, studios, finance, research, marketing communications, data services, and more to help with business planning, studio support, and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Perform games performance analysis, including evaluation of marketing trends and
Tactics. Examples
Fiscal year revenue, player and engagement forecasting, targeting, and reporting
Help develop pricing & SKU strategy
Develop player behavior analysis
Consult on game marketing plans
Perform portfolio intelligence insights & analysis for first-party games, including user
Behaviors In Spend And Engagement. Examples
Monthly Business Review reporting
Pre-launch and launch reporting, including pre-order and social sentiment tracking
Microtransactions spending behavior
Development milestone support
Title performance within gaming subscriptions
Assist with future games business strategy and opportunities across consumers, devices,
Business Models, And Geographies. Examples
Long range planning for game financial performance
Concept/pitch evaluations and mock reviews for games in development
Games industry 3-5 year outlook
Growth markets to target
Requirements
5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
Minimum 5 years of experience with data analysis.
Minimum 5 years of experience with converting data insights into storytelling
Minimum 5 years of experience with advanced Excel
A passion for games and the games industry.
4+ years of experience in product marketing/management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or equivalent experience.
Skilled at both analyzing data and telling a story with the resulting findings, then translating this into actionable, impactful recommendations.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
Excited to work closely with marketers, business planners, studio partners, finance, researchers, data scientists, with a focus on empowering the team to come together and solve complex problems.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $53.01 - $58.01 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
