Peak Performers has partnered with an American travel technology company to assist in their search for a Data Analyst I. In this contract position, you will extract, load and transform data from multiple sources for global compliance reporting.
Major duties
Validate and verify data attributes via third party tools, internal tools, and via web links
Examine data quality issues for consistency and accuracy, identify resolution
Investigate inconsistencies
Participate in testing for various test cases a set of reporting requirements by jurisdiction
Create strategic initiatives around data sharing reports to government authorities globally and maintaining the appropriate requirements by jurisdiction to maintain compliance on internal platforms.
What are we looking for?
Understanding of common reporting and file transfer technologies
Advanced knowledge/experience in SQL, both creation and simplification
Proficiency with Tableau, Excel (e.g.vlookups, sumifs, pivots)
Experience with Power BI, a plus
Experience with the use of various data analytic tools
Experience in the platform or gig economy
Two sided marketplaces
