Data Analyst

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Junior to Mid-level Data Analyst for a leading company in secure identity product space. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analytics and visualization to drive impactful business decisions.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 1-6 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Tableau Proficiency: Proven ability to develop impactful dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop or Tableau Server.
• SQL and Oracle: Strong command of SQL for querying and manipulating data within Oracle databases.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated capability in analyzing complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Alteryx Experience: Familiarity with Alteryx for data blending, preparation, and automation.
• Scripting Languages: Basic proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and automation tasks.
• Statistical Analysis: Understanding of statistical methods and their application in data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preparation:
• Efficiently gather and clean data from diverse sources, including Oracle databases and internal systems.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous validation and transformation processes.
• Data Analysis and Visualization:
• Utilize Tableau to craft visually compelling dashboards and reports that elucidate key trends and insights.
• Conduct thorough data analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Reporting and Communication:
• Generate routine reports and custom analyses tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Process Enhancement:
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline data workflows and enhance data quality.
• Identify automation opportunities using Alteryx (desirable).
