Overview

As a Data Analyst on our client’s team, you will build dashboard and analytics solutions using Microsoft’s Power BI. A successful candidate should be able to build dashboards with different views and provide key insights with the leadership & stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data elements needed (views, systems etc.)
• Interpret data and analyses, create views, reports, dashboards, and make actionable recommendations.
• Evangelize analysis results to key stakeholders.
• Define, automate, and deliver reporting (once identified) as a tool for presenting results and aid in storytelling.
• Present insights and learnings to key stakeholders and executives in standard business forums.
• Work with stakeholder to define, generate, automate, and monitor metrics. Ensure metrics are both simple to understand and easy to use.
• Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques.
• Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Provide clarity to business and technical stakeholders on our data nuances.
• Continually seek opportunities in how we can make better use of data to inform better business decisions.
• Regularly sync with your stakeholders to ensure working towards priorities.

What You’ll Have

• Must have experience as a Consultant or Full-Time employee with a multinational technology corporation headquartered in Redmond, Washington.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in consulting, specifically in data & analytics.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in data analytics & reporting tools and techniques (e.g. Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL)
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate the results of analytics project to influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to assimilate relevant data from various sources and provide key insights that drive recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience with data pipelines, data cleansing, data transformations and other analytical techniques for data manipulation.
• Ability to think strategically, work effectively in ambiguous situations and respond favorably.
• Project Management skills with the ability to communicate timelines, deadlines, risk, and other key information on a regular basis.

Compensation: Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience, and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $50 and $60 per hour (based on full-time employment), plus employee benefits.
