Position Overview

The Data Analyst will design, develop and validate reports and metrics to measure business performance across Operations for management purposes.

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data to identify performance gaps and unfavorable trends. This role will also help to improve the client experience and operational capability by presenting recommendations for process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively across functional teams such as Sales, Service, Finance Implementation to drive improvement and own strategic analytics priorities.
  • Defining, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators and providing operations reporting and analytics. Provide recommendations based on business knowledge, metrics, and trends to improve overall business health and performance.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements through an understanding of data flows and leveraging technology solutions.
  • Reconcile and ensure consistency of data from various sources and assist in driving the automation of reports and analytics.
  • Work with the team to develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reporting within PowerBI with multiple data sources.
  • Maintain and clean data in Salesforce as needed, keeping it free of duplication and inaccuracies.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting systems.
  • Create and maintain data documentation, including data dictionary.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues in Salesforce and other business systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems or equivalent work experience
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel, specifically being able to import data and use pivot tables
  • Understanding of report writing required
  • Experience working with Power BI and other relational databases
  • Experience working in CRM & Project Management tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, Monday.com, Netsuite, Zendesk

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and TaskRay
  • Experience with SQL, and statistical packages (R, SAS, Ste)

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $53,343 - $87,551/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
