Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a Data Analyst. Responsibilities:

• Data analysis, data cleaning, requirements gathering, analysis
• Partner with business line
• Determine use case
• Develop dataset in SQL
• Perform analysis in PowerBI
• Present results/insights to business line
  
  

Requirements

• Good oral and written communication skills to interface with internal business clients - many having minimal technical knowledge
• Ability to translate business requests into technical requirements
• Ability to write transact-sql code to extract correct data to answer business questions
• SQL Development experience
• Extensive experience with creating reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
• Sharepoint (using the BI Stack) experience
• Strong attention to detail for validation of all queries constructed
• Ability to visualize data into a form that effectively answers the business question
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
