Duties:
Assist the procurement and sourcing department with spend and contract analysis, ERP and internal system support, and working cross-functionally within the department and the company
Look at data from multiple source files and identify the difference between the data sets
Making decisions based on analysis
Update the Oracle contracts system
Desired Skills/Experience:
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data into findings
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience with Oracle ERP
Experience with Tableau
Experience reading and pulling out key terms of various types of contracts
Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic
Ability to act and think strategically
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
